TruckTaxHub is a static website with no user accounts, no database, and no server-side data collection. Client-side tools process input entirely in your browser.
What we do not collect
TruckTaxHub is a static website with no user account system, no login, no database, and no server-side form processing. During normal use, the site does not collect your name, email address, financial data, Social Security number, EIN, tax documents, or any other personally identifiable information. There is no registration process and no user profile stored anywhere by this site.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a static site hosting platform and content delivery network (CDN). Cloudflare processes web requests and may log standard server access data — such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser type — as part of normal CDN operation. This logging is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy, not this document. TruckTaxHub does not have access to Cloudflare's raw server logs.
Client-side tools
The planning tools on this site — including the quarterly tax reserve calculator, Form 2290 due date checker, per diem day tracker, and checklist tools — run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No data you enter into a tool is transmitted to a server, stored in a database, or sent to TruckTaxHub or any third party. When you close or refresh the page, any input is cleared unless your browser's own local storage is used, in which case data stays only on your device.
No tracking scripts or advertising
This version of the site does not include third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, social media share buttons with tracking, or any other third-party JavaScript that would profile your browsing behavior. No cookies are set by TruckTaxHub itself. If Cloudflare sets a technical cookie as part of its CDN or security operations, that is governed by Cloudflare's terms and privacy policy.
Contact email
If you send an email to [email protected], your message and return email address are received through the email provider. TruckTaxHub uses this information only to respond to your message. Email addresses are not added to any marketing list, sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to third parties for any purpose. Do not include sensitive personal information — Social Security numbers, EINs, tax return data, financial account numbers — in any email. Messages with that type of information will not be processed.
Cookies
TruckTaxHub does not set first-party cookies. The site does not use session cookies, persistent preference cookies, or advertising cookies. If you see a cookie from this domain, it is set by Cloudflare for technical or security purposes, not by TruckTaxHub's content.
Third-party services
This version of the site uses no third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics), no advertising networks, no social login, and no embedded third-party content that would track users across sites. If third-party services are added in the future, this page will be updated before those services go live.
Future changes
If the site later adds analytics, advertising, affiliate programs, comment systems, newsletter subscriptions, or any other feature that involves collecting user data or placing tracking scripts, this Privacy page will be updated before those features are deployed. The update will describe what is collected, why, who processes it, and how to limit or opt out where applicable.
