Privacy
TruckTaxHub collects no personal information. The site uses Google Analytics to measure anonymous traffic patterns and uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting. Client-side planning tools run entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere.
What we do not collect
TruckTaxHub is a static website with no user account system, no login, no database, and no server-side form processing. During normal use, the site does not collect your name, email address, financial data, Social Security number, EIN, tax documents, or any other personally identifiable information. There is no registration process and no user profile stored anywhere by this site.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a static site hosting platform and content delivery network (CDN). Cloudflare processes web requests and may log standard server access data — such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser type — as part of normal CDN operation. This logging is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy, not this document. TruckTaxHub does not have access to Cloudflare's raw server logs.
Client-side tools
The planning tools on this site — including the quarterly tax reserve calculator, Form 2290 due date checker, per diem day tracker, and checklist tools — run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No data you enter into a tool is transmitted to a server, stored in a database, or sent to TruckTaxHub or any third party. When you close or refresh the page, any input is cleared unless your browser's own local storage is used, in which case data stays only on your device.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous, aggregate information about how visitors find and use the site — page views, general location by country or region, and which pages are read most. This data helps identify which content is useful and where the site has gaps. GA4 does not collect your name, email, financial data, or any personally identifiable information. It sets cookies in your browser to distinguish sessions; those cookies are governed by Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by using a browser-level ad blocker or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. No advertising networks or social tracking pixels are used on this site.
Contact email
If you send an email to [email protected], your message and return email address are received through the email provider. TruckTaxHub uses this information only to respond to your message. Email addresses are not added to any marketing list, sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to third parties for any purpose. Do not include sensitive personal information — Social Security numbers, EINs, tax return data, financial account numbers — in any email. Messages with that type of information will not be processed.
Cookies
TruckTaxHub does not set first-party cookies. The site does not use session cookies, persistent preference cookies, or advertising cookies. If you see a cookie from this domain, it is set by Cloudflare for technical or security purposes, not by TruckTaxHub's content.
Third-party services
The site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic measurement (described above) and Cloudflare Pages for hosting and CDN delivery. No advertising networks, affiliate tracking pixels, social login providers, or comment systems are used. No third-party scripts other than GA4 and the Cloudflare CDN infrastructure are loaded on this site.
Future changes
If the site adds advertising, affiliate programs, comment systems, newsletter subscriptions, or any other feature that involves new data collection or third-party scripts beyond what is described here, this Privacy page will be updated before those features go live. The update will explain what is collected, who processes it, and how to opt out where applicable.
